Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in various facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

**Duties**:

- Perform commercial cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners
- Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Sanitizing surfaces and high-touch areas
- Restocking supplies as needed
- Operating hand tools and power tools for cleaning purposes
- Communicating with team members and supervisors regarding any maintenance or repair needs
- Adhering to safety protocols and using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
- Reporting any incidents or accidents to the appropriate personnel

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as needed
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and customers
