**The Day to Day Role Includes**:

- Exterior Painting of Residential Homes
- Understanding of the Painting Process
- Surface Prep, Tool and Equipment Maintenance
- Painting of Windows / Doors
- Staining of Brick
- Painting of Siding, Soffits, Trim
- Staining of Wood, Decks, etc
- Understand the importance of service and customer care
- Has prior experience with Graco Sprayers (AIRLESS & HVLP)
- Exterior Caulking Experience (Asset)
- Be punctual, diligent and strong attention to detail
- Takes Pride in Your Work
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Not afraid of heights
- Flexible with hours (we are weather dependent)
