We are looking for a skilled and motivated Landscape Crew Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring they are visually appealing and skillfully installed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform various landscaping tasks including hardscape installations such as building garden beds, pathways, retaining walls, and other landscape features using materials like stone, and brick.
- Conduct mulching, and planting activities to enhance the overall appearance of outdoor areas.
- Operate power tools and hand tools proficiently and safely to complete assigned tasks.
- Effectively lead a team to complete projects on schedule.
- Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and protocols while working on-site to prevent accidents and injuries.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in landscaping, with a focus on softscaping/horticulture is preferred.
- Experience in a leadership role.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy materials, bending, and digging for extended periods.
- Mechanical knowledge to operate power tools effectively and safely.
- Knowledge of different plant species and their care requirements, particularly those that complement hardscaping designs.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet project deadlines.

Note: This is a paid position with competitive wages. The exact rate will be determined based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
