**Salary Range**:$90,357 - $135,535

**Your core responsibilities include**:
- Develop and implement the IT knowledge management strategy for Microsoft 365, including policies, procedures, and systems to capture, store, and share knowledge effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize knowledge management, privacy, and security initiatives, and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement processes for knowledge sharing, including Centres of Excellence (COE), training programs, and other knowledge-sharing initiatives using Agile methodologies.
- Provide expert guidance and support for enterprise architecture in M365, including defining and documenting technical standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive architecture roadmap for various apps in M365, with a focus on privacy and security, including identifying and prioritizing opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements and develop appropriately configured solutions that meet those needs while maintaining alignment with overall HEC IT standards and principles.

**Education and experience you will need to have**:
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Science or a related field is required, College diploma with equivalent work experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT knowledge management, enterprise architecture, or related field with a focus on privacy and security.
- Proficient in M365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Forms, Flow, Power BI, Power Platform, Dynamics), Microsoft certification an asset.
- Experienced working in a Cloud-based environment.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles in M365, including architecture frameworks and governance models.
- Knowledge of privacy and security best practices and related technologies, including data protection, encryption, access control, data classification, and data retention.
- Demonstrated understanding of modern security frameworks and principles.
- Bilingual in French and English is preferred (English communication skills at Advanced “C” level required).
- Understanding of Azure Active Directory.
- Experience leading small-medium size projects.
- Knowledge of SQL Server and Dataverse is an asset.
