The Lot Technician is a customer service provider role, serving both internal and external customers. Our Lot Technicians are customer-focused and enthusiastic team members, enjoy task diversity, can anticipate need and takes initiative. **What you'll be doing**:

- Maintain the condition of the dealership's property, showroom, and inventory.
- Assist with moving vehicles for showroom and lot display.
- Load and unload delivery trucks and customer units.
- Yard and building maintenance.
- Assist with shipping and receiving.
- Wash and detail vehicles.

**What you need**:

- Must have a valid Driver’s License upon employment.
- Must be willing to work indoors and outdoors.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to multi-task and is organized.
