**Your role within our company**
- Perform routine administrative tasks while respecting our quality standards: order entry in the ERP, web order management, telephone orders taking, etc.
- Contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the department and the customer experience
- Act as a key member of a collaborative and dynamic team
- Collaborate in certain operational activities
- Perform any other tasks related to the customer experience at the request of the immediate superior
**Requirements**:
- Vocational training (DEP) in secretarial or office automation
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet
- Excellent skills in English (oral and written)
- Good skills in French (oral and written)
- Meticulous, persevering and professional approach to work
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Salesforce (an asset)
