**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Oversee the fabrication department
- Assist in the hiring and training of staff
- Schedule daily workflow
- Ensure stock levels of raw materials are maintained and secured
- Work in conjunction with the Yard and Refurbishment teams to ensure the flow of equipment in and out of shop
- 3+ years of similar experience
- Knowledge of raw materials, equipment and processes used in a fabrication shop
- Able to read and interpret blueprint drawings
- Able to troubleshoot issues in relation to welding equipment
- Superior communication, organization and planning skills
- Experience in inventory management and scheduling

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
