Sales Representative

**SALES REPRESENTATIVE**

Location: Stanstead

Position to be filled: Effective now

Reporting to the Director, Commemorative Sales, North America, the Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining a close relationship with our existing customer base and developing new partnerships in the Canadian market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement various sales strategies to successfully complete negotiations.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers by maintaining regular communication to know the progress of orders and provide technical assistance and advice.
- Implement different marketing and branding strategies to increase sales and brand awareness.
- Perform market development (Cold call).
- Generate quotations incorporating pricing, product specifications, and any applicable discounts or promotions for creating comprehensive and tailored quotations.
- Promote new Product.
- Be involved in the organization of events for customers.
- Provide after-sales service and training.
- Participate in exhibitions and fairs.
- Be on the lookout for trends and learn about the introduction of new products on the market.
- Analyse market développements;
- Communicate sales reports and sales forecasts to management.
- Track orders and sales using the tools available.

**Profile**

**Requirements**:

- 3 years of sales experience in the natural stone industry.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written, to serve a large English-speaking clientele in Canada.
- Have interest and curiosity in order to know the range of products offered.
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
- Be concerned and attentive to the needs of customers.
- Availability to travel at least 15% of the time, mostly within Canada.
- A customer-focused mindset and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
