The Information Security Vice-Presidency is experiencing rapid growth The User Services Division (GIA) of IA Financial Group is looking for an GIA Operations Technician to join its teams.

Your responsibilities:
Identity and Access Management
- Manage electronic identities and access for employees under various platforms, respecting the standards required for financial institutions
- Manage the identity and authorization life cycle
- Manage compliance approval requests
- Produce access reports
- Handle support tickets related to access IT
- Participate in support activities by executing corrective actions necessary to restore service in the event of incidents, processing service requests, and assisting in identifying root causes of problems
- Execute technical tasks required under a maintenance framework (monitoring, production surveillance), evolution or delivery of computer systems under their responsibility
- Participate in production deployments, as well as the analysis of impacts and risks related to technical changes
- Produce and maintain technical documentation such as procedures, operation guides, intervention plans, scripts and modules, test plans, etc.
- Keep and update tickets by carefully recording exchanges and enhancing documentation and knowledge base
- Evaluate and control effort and deadlines for tasks under their responsibility
- Contribute concretely to the exchange of technical knowledge and continuous improvement within the team
- When necessary, participate in projects and provide technical advice to solution designers, architects, analysts and developers.

Desired Profile:

- College-level degree (e.g. DEC or AEC) in computer science or equivalent.
- Experience in implementing identity and access management (GIA)
- Any relevant technical experience and/or training will be considered.
- Good planning and prioritization skills
- Experience with the Active Directory network management environment
- Knowledge of the following methodologies will be considered an asset: ITIL, Agile, LEAN, development cycle, DevOps
- Ability to communicate effectively with users, both orally and in writing
- Available outside of normal hours for support activities
- Knowledge of IBM Mainframe (RACF on ZOS) (asset)
- Knowledge of PowerShell (asset)
- Knowledge of the insurance and financial services industry (asset)
