Want to work outside in a fun fast paced bike shop? A Bike Valet helps fit customers on the right bike for their Niagara on the Lake experience. We pride ourselves on exceptional bike quality and this starts with the Bike Valet. As a Valet you are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the bike. Cleaning and Inspections of the bikes after each ride by the Valet ensure that the bike is mechanically sound and ready for the next rider. Being able to provide clear directions and suggestions to customers ensure a friendly and memorable customer service experience. We are located in Niagara on the Lake and are looking for availability from May to October. Will consider students who return to school in September.

**Responsibilities**:

- Fit customers onto the correct sized bike and understand which type of bike is needed.
- Ensure bikes are clean and in working condition for rental.
- Ensure parking area, courtyard, and garages are clean and swept regularly.
- Clean exterior of building when necessary.
- Keep bathrooms clean and well stocked.
- Communicate effectively with other staff members and maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Provide a positive customer service experience and give clear directions and instructions.

**Requirements**:

- Basic mechanical ability with bikes.
- Drivers licence: preferred
- Organized, punctual and motivated.
- Willingness to work outside daily.
- Basic understanding of how to use an iPad, smartphone and computer.
- Knowledge about Niagara-on-the-Lake and an understanding of the roads and geography.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 30-35 per week

Pay: From $15.50 per hour

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
