**Position Title**:Early Childhood Educator---ECE or/ECE Assistant

**Ideal Start Date**: April 11, 2023

**Wages**:$19-22/hour

**Terms**:Permanent, Full-Time: Mondays-Fridays

**Location**: Coquitlam.

**About Our Center**:
Over the past twelve years, Our child care center has continuously provided a high-quality childcare service for our community. Our childcare program cares for children from ages 2.5 - 5 years old. We believe that professional Early Childhood Educators are crucial to a high-quality childcare program. We are looking for encouraging, dedicated, passionate, caring, patient and hard-working Early Childhood Educators to join our friendly and positive environment.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Ensure a healthy and safe environment for children
- Provide excellent supervision and interaction with children at all times
- Participate to plan and implement age-appropriate programs
- Maintain positive interactions and supportive relationships with children, staff and parents.
- Be organized and maintain a neat, orderly, and clean environment
- Attend staff meetings
- Fluent in English and has strong communication skills

**Requirements for Qualifications**:

- Early Childhood Educator /ECE Assistant License to Practice
- Current First Aid certificate
- Criminal Record Check
- Doctor
- s note indicating physical and psychological capability to work with children
- Three reference letters
- Experience working with children in a childcare setting
- Excellent organization and customer service skills
- Have basic computer skills
- Ability to efficiently work with co-workers to achieve optimal results
