We are looking for a junior bookkeeper to add to our accounting and administrative department.

Main responsibilities will include:

- Prepare and track accounts receivable
- Record cash receipts
- Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
- Make sure projects are within budget and respect margins
- Answer the phone when calls get backed up

Qualifications:

- 2 years’ experience in bookkeeping (in construction field-an asset)
- Ability to manage many files at a time
- Ability to work under stress
- Good communication skills
- Professionalism in manner and appearance
- Independent, enthusiastic and initiative

Required:

- Bilingual (French, English)
- Knowledge of Quickbooks (Accounting Software)
- Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and Outlook

Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un(e) comptable junior pour se joindre à notre département de comptabilité et d’administratif.

Les principales responsabilités seront les suivantes
- Préparer et faire des suivis des comptes clients
- Entrez paiement du client
- Maintenir un système de classement ordonné
- Assurez-vous que les projets respectent le budget et les marges
- Répondre au téléphone occasionnellement

Qualifications:

- 2 ans d’expérience en comptable (domaine de construction un atout)
- Capacité de gérer plusieurs dossiers à la fois
- Capacité de travailler sous pression
- Indépendant, enthousiaste et initiative

Requis:

- Candidat bilingue (français, anglais)
- Connaissance de Quickbooks (Logiciel comptable)
- Connaissance de Windows, Microsoft Office, et Outlook
