Here at Whistler Premier we have a strong team-based workplace culture and are looking for another enthusiastic and assertive individual to join our Night Audit Team

Our Night Auditors are responsible for performing all front desk related functions, rolling the day, key management and preparation of paperwork, acting as the guests first and last point of contact at the hotel, and ensuring a positive experience for each guest. Our Night Audit staff work from 11:00pm to 7:00am and then have the whole day ahead of them to explore what Whistler has to offer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Checking guests in and out.
- Providing directions and recommendations.
- Entering reservations from walk-ins, direct calls and online booking agents.
- Taking payments for deposits and upcoming arrivals according to our policies.
- Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to the management.
- Submitting balanced cash outs for any cash received during the shift.
- Keeping the front desk area clean and organized.
- Rolling the day.
- Completing security patrols of Le Chamois to ensure quiet hours are being respected.
- Contacting appropriate parties for any issues at our outside properties.
- Preparing arrival packages for the next day.
- Preparing housekeeping reports for contract cleaners and house managers.
- Ensure all Night Audit procedures are completed
- Ensuring all important information is passed along to all relevant staff.

**Requirements**:

- Professional appearance and conduct while at work.
- Dependability and punctuality.
- A positive attitude.
- Knowledge of computers and programs.
- Knowledge of the local area and products.
- Ability to stay awake over night.
- Ability to maintain a consistent sleep schedule for work life balances purposes.
- Valid BC drivers license.
