The Central Maintenance Manager oversees maintenance for Banff Caribou Properties' commercial buildings, commercial laundry and downtown businesses. They lead a small team, provide 24-hour on-call coverage, and maintain excellent relationships with customers/tenants and internal teams.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Organize, implement, monitor, and evaluate maintenance projects
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to reduce unplanned disruptions
- Coordinate supplies and contractors
- Provide on-call response to emergency maintenance items outside of normal office hours
- Monitor and implement departmental health & safety plan
- Motivate, train, and lead maintenance staff
- Ensure a safe work environment
- Interact effectively with support departments

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience leading maintenance teams
- Self-motivated, task-oriented, and results-driven
- Logical, cost-effective, and efficient problem-solving skills
- Personable, professional, and service-oriented approach
- Ability to perform physical tasks safely
- Comfortable working at heights
- Valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license
- Valid Bobcat operator’s license, plumbing and or electrical experience is an asset
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and multiple on-call shifts per week.
