Job Summary
We are seeking new Part-Time Hygiene Technicians to join our Service Team. As a Hygiene Technician you play a critical role in servicing our customers washrooms. If you enjoy working independently, as part of a team and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to our customers, then look no further.

A Hygiene Technician is responsible for service duties which include, but are not limited to, driving to client site(s) to provide a ‘best in class’ delivery and collection service of sanitary disposal units, washroom products such as soap dispensers, air care and more. Ensuring that the washroom or facility has been serviced to an exemplary standard.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Deliver hygiene and washroom products to customers.
- Maintain and service equipment. This includes replacing batteries, refilling soap and sanitizer dispensers, replacing air care cartridges and liners of bins.
- Maintain feminine hygiene receptacles, replace bin liners, sanitize and dispose of waste.
- Manage inventory levels for certain customers purchasing consumable products.
- Ensure all equipment at customer sites are functioning properly.
- Track and analyze your work routes with the manager at the end of each day.
- Meet the specific needs of customers in the field and document special requests.
- Input all work activities in the smartphone device provided to you by the Company.
- Act as an ambassador for the Citron Hygiene brand.
- Other duties as required.

** The hours for this position are between 6am-6pm, supporting Edmonton and surrounding area**

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
- Good driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good customer service
- Good attendance and punctuality
- High school degree or equivalent
- Flexibility with working days including Saturday
