**Your Opportunity**

Our **BC **Canadian office **s are looking for a **Junior **Insolvency Analyst **to join the **Personal Debt Solutions team **and own the following responsibilities:

- Drafting documents, letters, and various correspondence including processing mailouts
- Entering documents into internal systems creating formal documents in the insolvency database, preparing statutory correspondence as part of bankruptcy and proposal filingsVarious other duties to assist the Personal Debt Solutions department as required including working with the local team and others within the organization

**Your experience and education**
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You must be able to liaise well with staff and outside parties
- You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- If you have a post-secondary education, it will be considered an asset but not a requirement
- If you have previous Insolvency/ Personal Debt Solutions experience, it is considered an asset but not a requirement
- Ability to stay organized within a busy work environment
- Ability to support high level management demands with a strong attention to detail
- Deadline and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Exceptional time management, organization and prioritization skillsAbility to work with and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
