**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls using phone systems, directing calls appropriately while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is recorded in the system.
- Manage filing systems to ensure documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Assist with clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and sending reminders.
- Support sales and service staff by handling patient inquiries and providing necessary information regarding services.
- Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution or filing.
**Skills**
- Proficient in office procedures and practices with strong clerical skills.
- Experience as a Receptionist is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and maintaining accurate records.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all documentation.
- Comfortable using various phone systems effectively.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
