The FFUN Group is looking for an **Human Resources Business Partner** to join our growing team.

**What you’ll be doing**:
Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, the **Human Resources Business Partner** will be providing full cycle HR support and guidance to employees and managers across multiple business units and provinces.
- Prepare and process employment contracts and amendment for new hires, transfers and compensation changes.
- Administer group benefits such as group health, dental, and disability plans.
- Assist and advise managers and employees on the interpretation of company policies, compensation, and benefit programs.
- Assist managers through performance management, including coaching and progressive discipline.
- Conduct stay and exit interviews. Develop and communicate recommendations based on findings.
- Monitor and ensure company compliance with changing employment laws across multiple provinces.
- Manage employee medical leaves from start to finish including the accommodation process.
- Lead workplace investigations as needed.
- Lead various projects and initiatives to advance the department and company.

**A great attitude will get you 90% there, for the rest, we're looking for**:

- 3+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
- Human Resources degree or diploma.
- **Must be a legal resident of Canada or hold a valid Canadian work permit**:

- Adept at managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced, team-oriented environment while ensuring flexibility, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Service oriented with high energy, initiative, and an engaging attitude.
