Gatekeeper (Temporary)

**Job Title**: Gatekeeper

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and control access to the premises by verifying credentials and authorizing entry.
- Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate locations.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and visitors.
- Inspect and patrol premises regularly to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, escalating issues when necessary.
- Operate surveillance equipment to monitor activity around the premises.
- Enforce company policies related to access, safety, and security.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in security, access control, or a similar role is an asset.
- Strong observational and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of security systems and protocols.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Physical fitness to perform patrolling and occasional lifting if required.
