Reporting to the Founder & Broker, the Videographer will be involved in a wide range of projects that strengthen and enhance the TN Real Estate Group brand.

This is a Photographer, Videographer and Editor position. Additional skills such as design, social media, marketing, and animation will also be considered.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Generate high-quality still images and videos worthy of wide audiences that showcase TN Real Estate Group, the Company, programs, people, events, and other offerings.
- Schedule, organize, and manage video and photo shoots. Maintain a video and photo shoot calendar
- Contribute to the Company's videography including Storyboard concepts, film and conduct interviews, drone shots, iGuide, floor plans, cinematic video tours, and Reels for Social Media, and edit videos to meet the Company's marketing and communication standards and needs
- Suggest and implement ideas for photo essays and promotional shoots that will help TN Real Estate Group recruit and retain members, and build clients
- Work to ensure all photography and videography created meets the Company's brand guidelines
- Coordinating and executing drone flights, in compliance with Transport Canada/Navigation Canada rules and regulations.
- Brainstorm and suggest ideas for adding a photo or video component to publications, stories, and other promotional efforts to showcase features of a house while telling the story of a home
- Work with other team members to maximize photo reach, and ensure our best photos are published on the TN Real Estate Group website. Provide curated photo options and highlights from recent shoots to colleagues on a weekly basis (or more as required)
- Attentively archive and organize valuable photography and video assets for reuse in future projects. Add and organize photos in the Company Dropbox account
- Maintain all photography and videography gear and equipment.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism while on-site, interacting with clients
- All other administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in video and digital photography, preferably in Real Estate.
- A smartphone with data package and a laptop/desktop with high-speed Internet
- Must Have a Drone Pilot License
- Having a drone and your own camera equipment is a bonus for consideration
- A reliable and adequately insured vehicle with a valid driver’s license, you need to get to multiple locations every day

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe programs including Photoshop, Premiere, Lightroom, After Effects, and any other editing software that is required
- Ability to expertly operate mid
- to high-level cameras, video cameras, microphones, and lighting
- Demonstrated proficiency and passion for modern photography and videography styles
- Enthusiasm for a variety of image styles and a commitment to quality work across genres
- Quick-thinking problem solver with the ability to work under pressure in a fast pace work environment
- Must be dependable, respectful, self-motivated, adaptable, efficient, and personable
- Must be able to fit into the TN Real Estate Group culture and the “Company DNA”
- Must be able to work well with a wide range of people, including Buyers/Sellers, staff, members, and vendors. Must be comfortable working both independently and with our collaborative team of creative professionals
- Must be able to juggle multiple projects, respond to immediate requests, and work in a high-energy, deadline-driven atmosphere
- Must employ a deep respect and appreciation for our various audiences and their interests and habits
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. Regular hours will be Monday-Friday, approximately 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., but some evening and weekend hours will be required

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
