A technical and solutions program manager responsible for working with an agile cross-functional team of Systems and SW Engineers, Test Engineers, Operations, etc. from initial concept to deployment.
Responsible for meeting program goals for product performance, quality goals, regulatory compliance requirements, cost, schedule and development budget.

**Bilingual Requirement: Must be fluent in French Canadian and English**

**This position is available in our Quebec Canada office only**

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive execution of solutions inclusive of concept definition, requirements validation, architecture
specification, and governance compliance to our Application Lifecycle Management framework.
- Ability to translate customer problems into solution requirements.
- Contribute to and promote the development of agile skillset and capabilities within Zebra. Support
a more senior program manager in the execution of multiple programs simultaneously utilizing
modern agile project management methodologies to ensure maximum project effectiveness.
- Organize and lead scrum teams as a scrum master
- Assists senior manager in system integration planning, release management, and planning for
demonstrations, proof of concepts and pilots.
- Assists senior manager in creating cross functional workstreams and driving execution for sales
enablement, development and deployment.
- Assists senior program manager in building relationships and working across all relevant areas of
the solution business including Sales, Services, IT, Finance, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and
Support.
- Assists senior program manager in organizing and presenting business, technical and program
reviews/status to Senior Leadership using digital media, dashboards and JIRA agile project
management tools.
- Assists in the execute of program plan and budgets for small to medium sized projects.
Recommend corrective actions and implement changes. Identify and mitigate risks; develop and
implement risk mitigation plans as directed.
- With the guidance of a senior program manager, motivate a project team to ensure solutions are
reliable and of quality, in a highly collaborative fashion
- Demonstrates basic knowledge of Program Management techniques and approaches including
simple scheduling and staffing plans.
- Demonstrates basic understanding of development processes and product launch scope and
activities.
- Some supervision by management is expected in this position for complex or novel problems.
- Supports early stage go to market activities and transition to marketing

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Requirments:

- BS Software Engineering or Computer Science degree, or relevant technical
BS degree,
- 2+ years Engineering/Program management
- Experience in software design and in software development
- Experience with software development best practices including Agile
- Experience working independently and as part of a team to solve difficult technical, quality, and schedule challenges
- Solid critical thinking and questioning skills
- Self-motivated, results driven, manages risks, and thrives in an environment of uncertainty and continuous innovation. Able to drive definition and creation of solutions from skeleton use
cases
- Intermediate communication and facilitation skills.
- Intermediate presentation skills. Demonstrated comfort in presenting to peer level or one level up cross functional audiences.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of fundamentals with agile program management
approaches, tools and methodologies.
- Intermediate skills in PC based documentation tools including Confluence, MS Office and MS Project
- Intermediate skills in delegation and follow up
- ** Must be able to communicate in French and English spoken and written.**

Preferred Requirements:

- Master degree preferred
- PMP certification is an asset
- Knowledge of both Windows and Linux environment is an asset
- Interest in Image Processing, Machine Vision, Artificial Intelligence
