Seed and grow within MLSE's Groundskeeping role

Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

- Assist in the field preparation for TFC soccer, Argos football games and Canada Rugby games
- Run equipment; tractors, mowers, line trimmers, etc.
- Maintain landscaping around stadium and practice facility to the highest quality
- Assist in painting multiple types of professional athletic fields
- Assist in a year-long fertilizer/herbicide/pesticide program
- Assist in the equipment maintenance program
- Oversee small projects
- Lead groups on projects
- Other responsibilities as the need arises

**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the turf industry
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including some nights and weekends
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds
- Full G license in good standing an asset

Please note about this role:

- Location is either at BMO Field or BMO Training Grounds in Downsview
- This is a part-time contract of 30-40 hours per week (Monday - Sunday with 2 days off during the week)
- Rate of pay is between **$23-25/hour**
