As a Customer Care Client Representative, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for our customers. You will be the face of our establishment, assisting customers with their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle inquiries, product information requests, and customer complaints.
- Provide information about cafe offerings, convenience store items, and promotions.
- Process customer orders, including coffee, snacks, and cafe menu items.
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Keep the cafe and store areas clean and well-organized.
- Restock shelves, monitor inventory levels, and report stock shortages.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Uphold company policies and standards for service quality.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cafe and convenience store products.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible work hours to accommodate cafe operation times.
- Enthusiasm for providing top-notch service to customers.

**Salary**: $20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
