Groundskeeper/maintenance

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper to join our team. As Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of our outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of power tools, landscape maintenance, and gardening techniques.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming lawns
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Experience with chainsaw, 4 wheelers, sprayers
- Irrigate lawns and gardens to ensure proper hydration
- Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from outdoor areas
- Operate power tools and hand tools to complete tasks efficiently
- Assist with the installation of landscape features such as walkways and fences
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping required
- Knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in groundskeeping
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Drivers license and experience pulling utility trailers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
