Job Qualification

**Qualifications - External**

**What Bayshore Needs from you**:

- 1 to 2 years experience of working closely with people either in homecare or nursing home
- Knowledge of Caregiving and supporting clients with ADL's
- Empathetic personality to deal with Client, family and peers on the care team.
- Must have a clear vulnerable sector screen, no older than 12 months, TB test results less than 6 months old, evidence of flu shot, must be able to provide three work references.

**Validity**:
Positions open to **Caregiver's** who have graduated from an accredited Caregiving Institute or have related experience.
A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle or reliable mode of transportation would be considered a asset.
