Courier Driver

We are looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver packages in Amherst NS area.

Associates/Drivers strive to get every package to the customer’s door on-time. We offer full-time and On-Call opportunities.

Company vehicle will be provided.

(weekend & Holidays may required during peak season)

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Be Customer friendly We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
- Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
- Use a handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information.
- Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
- Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered
- Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation and able to work under minimum supervison
- Lift packages up to 70 lbs and flexible during shifts.
- Able to get in and out of the van and walk up and down stairs through your shift.

**Compensation & Benefits** as per experience

**Basic Requirements**:

- Eligible to work in Canada
- Class 5 driver license with 1 year driving experience
- Successfully pass a pre-employment driving record background check
- Successfully pass a fingerprints based background check
- Smart Phone with Data availability
- Safety vest and safety boots
