**Winnipeg, MB.**
As a security guard in the Health care sector, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety of workers for some of the biggest brands out there

***What does a Security Guard in Winnipeg do ?***:

- Maintain a safe and Secure environment.
- Performing Patrol at the Premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
- Enforce Property regulations and city Bi
- Laws on the client's site.
- Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
- Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports.
- Provide a high-level customer service in a challenging environment.
- Prevent theft, violence or infringement of rules and regulation.
- Protect patients, visitors, staff, information, and the facility.
- Patrol inside and outside the facility.
- Patrol with G-Track and will need to do good incident, general activity and daily shift ending reporting. Must demonstrate good reporting skills.
- Follow the post orders and ensure that every activity is done according to it.
- Immediately respond to emergency code red, white, yellow, blue etc. in case of site emergencies.
- Manage good, polite, and effective communication with everyone.
- Observe site visitors and perform ID checks.
- Observe camera surveillance and will keep track of patient movement.
- Identify suspicious activities, emerging issues or emergencies and will immediately manage necessary communication with the facility management and act according to the post orders.

***Qualifications to be become Security Guard in Winnipeg ?***:

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
- Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
- Customer service oriented
- Must be able to work Night Shifts
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a stressful environment
