Country Boyz Industries is a high performance sign and graphics company servicing a wide range of industries, from small jobs to large scale quality projects. Country Boyz Industries' shop is located just 15 minutes SE of Calgary, AB - In the DeWinton area.

This position is required to work outside most of the time building and/or moving billboards and other signs, installing decals and other graphics and **occasionally other shop work in slow periods.**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Reading and understanding work orders
- Keeping track of work orders and filling out other required paperwork
- Adequate installation of outdoor signage and vinyl graphics
- Pick-up and delivery of signs and materials from clients and vendors
- Maintaining a clean and safe shop environment

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a construction trade (preferably carpentry, framing or other woodworking trade)
- Some experience with driving truck and trailer (Not required, but very much preferred)
- Class 5 drivers license
- Drivers abstract
- Criminal record check
- Canadian citizen or eligible to work in Canada
- Basic tool set (impact driver, tape measure, drill, etc.) and understanding of how to use correctly
- Quick on your feet. Drive to finish all jobs

**Desired Skills**:

- Mechanical (small engines, bearings, basic maintenance)
- Electrical (basic troubleshooting of 12V and 120V systems)
- Proficient in the use of power tools (skill saw, table saw, panel saw, drill, impact driver, etc.)
- Accurate measurement
- Vinyl graphic installation experience
- Team player
- Knowledge of and experience in vinyl wrapping
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Plan adequately and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Willingness to work overtime (if needed)
- Personable and easy-going
- Coherent and sober (we have a very strict drugs and alcohol policy)
- Physically fit to perform installation duties and lift reasonably heavy objects with assistance of team members
- Ability to follow direction
