**Position**:Crew Coordinator / Dispatcher

**Education**:College/university undergraduate degree or diploma preferred

**Qualifications**
- Experience working in a warehouse or related environment (moving, delivery, storage, furniture, etc.)
- Can operate effectively under pressure
- Experience working in an office or other administrative role
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Great customer service skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Maintain professional contact and demeanor with all clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook Mail and Calendar is an asset
- Experience working with Google Sheets and Quickbooks

**Responsibilities**
- Keyholder: open the office every morning, review jobs for the day and dispatch crews with correct supplies loaded
- Coordinate with team members, vendors, and other external resources to ensure the crew is equipped to complete each job
- Keeping track of staff and contractors’ job work hours, including travel times, site arrival and departure and update manager and clients as needed
- Schedule in jobs and appropriate crew members for each, including regular and new corporate and residential clients for moves, internal services, assembly, installation, deliveries, etc. (before and after hours)
- Manage the calendar and create and update work orders and document job progress and any issues that arise
- Prepare for deliveries
- Place orders for supplies
- Maintain inventory of rental bins and boxes with clients
- Work with the warehouse team to maintain a regularly updated inventory of items in warehouse storage, including client items, on an online database and spreadsheets

- Drive an independent workstream: able to efficiently complete independent tasks and make decisions which align with the company’s protocols, vision and values
- Organization: maintain clear and organized records and inventory

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
