**Customer Experience Team Support - 3 Month Contract**

**Length**: Contract, 3 months (with potential extension)

**Office**/Work** Location**: Toronto, _ON (We are ideally looking for someone able to be present in our Toronto office 2x a week, on Tuesdays & Thursdays)_

When you work with the Customer Experience team here at EF, you play a vital role in fulfilling our company mission: _Opening the World Through Education_. Our Customer Experience team ensures that each and every one of our teachers and student travellers has an excellent experience while exploring the world, start to finish. To make sure we do that, we need YOU

In this role, you’ll be involved in the group travel process as our customers begin to hit the road this Spring. You’ll be supporting our groups as they prepare for departure by making sure that every detail is recorded correctly. Passport information, allergies, rooming & meal requests and more -incredible attention to detail is a must - one wrong letter on a plane ticket can leave a customer stranded

**The Role**:
We'll be counting on you to:

- Input a high volume of vital information into our records systems efficiently _and_ correctly - this info may include everything from allergy notes, to rooming requests, to airplane meal choices, to passport information
- Update our tasks boards regularly with accurate information to ensure smooth processes and quick turnaround of tasks
- Manage and complete multiple high-priority responsibilities on a daily basis
- Build out PowerPoint presentations and traveller resources using provided templates
- Know when to ask questions in order to ensure tasks are done correctly
- .But also be able to work independently, make executive decisions confidently and self-manage - efficiency is a must
- Be willing to enthusiastically take on new projects at any time - this role is a new team support role, so tasks and priorities may change and evolve as time passes

- Have excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Don’t subscribe to the phrase, “That’s not my job.”
- Have some past experience in data entry, administration, or task board maintenance
- Are currently legally authorized to work in Canada
- Microsoft 365, Excel, Sharepoint and Talemetry experience an asset
