Our **Timberlands Food Store** is looking for a casual **Meat Clerk **to join our team.

**Casual**:less than 24 hours/week.

**Availability requirements**: weekdays and weekends - mornings (6:00 am start), afternoons and evenings (up to 10:00 pm).

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide customer service and respond to questions,
- Prepare, wrap, price and stock all varieties and cuts of meat,
- Accurately receive and stock inventory,
- Make sure displays are full and faced properly,
- Ensure a sanitary and safe work environment,
- Other duties as assigned by the manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills,
- Attention to detail and quality,
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
- Ability to work independently and in a team,
- Some heavy lifting is required (up to 50 lbs.),
- Comfortable working in a cold/refrigerated area,
- Must be over the age of 14 (Employment Standards requires a permit to employ a person age 14 or under; therefore, disclosure is required).
