Lead Carpenter

We are looking for carpenters to join our group of companies. These carpenter positions involve building everything from custom decks, and gazebos to sheds, garages, shops, building additions and other structures from supplied plans and materials. This is a full-time seasonal position that will extend from approximately March
- January each year with weather permitting work during the months of January and February for those who want.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build custom decks, and structures
- Building Framing, deck and roof construction
- Install Helical Pile Foundation Systems (Training Provided)
- Involved with building inspectors and permits
- Maintain a clean worksite
- Interaction with homeowner
- Material take off and delivery schedules may be required

**Qualifications**:

- Licensed carpenter (preferred but years of experience may be acceptable)
- Construction experience required (5-10 years minimum)
- Supply own personal tools (Trailer with large and specialty tools supplied on site if needed)
- Must have valid G or G2 drivers license and own transportation. (Company vehicle available after probation period)
- Good communication skills needed for dealing with management, apprentices, coworkers, customers, etc.
- Great leadership qualities
- Self-motivated
- Must be able to read plans and have good math skills
- Strong work ethic towards building and expanding the company
- Works well with others and able to take on a leadership role
- Mentor Apprentices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
