We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Dispatcher to join our dynamic team.

As a Dispatcher at Welldone Mechanical Services Inc., you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for creating a positive and lasting impression. You will act as a liaison between our customers and technicians, ensuring accurate communication, efficient scheduling, and exceptional customer service. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our service delivery.

**Duties & Responsibility**
- Gather specific, concise information from customers and input this information into our Operating Systems.
- Escalating technician issues to the Service Manager if no improvements are made.
- Coordinate with technicians and other team members to optimize daily schedules and routes.
- Enhance each customer’s experience, ensuring their day is positively impacted.
- Check timesheets, parts used, purchase orders against packing slips, GPS, etc.
- Update tasking notes as per technician’s comments on the completed tasking.
- Prepare and present all necessary reports for weekly PAR meetings.
- Uphold company policies and safety standards at all times.
- Monitor and prioritize incoming service requests and dispatch assignments promptly.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using dispatch software and computer systems.
- Ability to multi-task and handle high-pressure situations.
- Experience with scheduling and dispatching is a plus.
- Familiarity with operating systems like Linc and Build Ops would be consider an asset.
