**The Opportunity**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the Settlement and Integration Program team to develop outreach strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Work with Program Coordinators to determine programmatic capacity to maintain efficient flow of client referrals and coordination of services.
- Maintain a database of contacts and keep accurate records of outreach activities, responses, and outcomes.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and the community, addressing inquiries and providing information about workshop details, schedules, and content.
- Develop and nurture relationships with community organizations, partners, and influencers to enhance the visibility of the workshops.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
- Monitor workshop participation and attendance rates, analyzing trends and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collect and report data on the success of outreach efforts, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing engagement strategies.
- Maintains related records and statistics for input to monthly and quarterly reports (such as PQI and funder reports) for submission to the Manager.
- In consultation with the Manager, coordinates monthly program meetings any events (including field trips) as well as maintaining the programmatic schedules.
- Represents the organization or program in external meetings/events where necessary.
- Shares and collects mutually relevant information with internal departments and community partners; Facilitates referrals to the program
- Promotes public awareness of and support for the program using promotional materials, conducting marketing campaigns, and attending community events.
- Researches and compiles a comprehensive database of community resources networks.
- Provides input for program capacity building
- To complete other related tasks as assigned by the Manager
- To follow the Policies and Procedures and Personnel Policies, Procedures and Practices of the Society.
- Diploma in a related human /social service-related field.
- Advanced ability to use a computer, including MS Windows, MS Word, Excel, PPT and the internet
- Two years recent related experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training & experience Program/Project Coordination.
- Experience working with immigrants and refugees and knowledge of the settlement sector.
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully and cooperatively on interagency project initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience and ability working with diverse populations.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Sound knowledge of community resources and ability to network and build partnerships.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and meet deadlines.
