Are you passionate about fitness and ready to inspire others to live healthier lives? We are seeking certified and experienced fitness instructors to lead **structured wellness sessions** at our facility located in Coal Harbour, Vancouver.

**Session Overview**

As an instructor, you’ll guide participants through 10 expertly designed wellness sessions. Times for these sessions are not yet confirmed.
- **Post-Holiday Season Recovery: Mental & Physical**:

- **Date**: January 15, 2025
- **Overview**: A gentle reintroduction to movement focusing on restoring energy and reducing stress.
- **Key Activities**: Low-impact cardio, full-body stretches, and guided breathing exercises.
- **Stretching, Posture & Balance**:

- **Date**: January 29, 2025
- **Overview**: Improve posture and balance through targeted stretching and core exercises.
- **Key Activities**: Core engagement, balance-focused movements, and full-body stretching.
- **Core Stability & Strength**:

- **Date**: February 12, 2025
- **Overview**: Build core strength to enhance posture, reduce back pain, and improve stability.
- **Key Activities**: Core-strengthening exercises, functional movements, and lower back stretches.
- **Desk Detox: Undoing the Effects of Sitting**:

- **Date**: February 26, 2025
- **Overview**: Reverse the impact of prolonged sitting with targeted stretches and posture correction.
- **Key Activities**: Hip openers, upper body stretches, and relaxing floor poses.
- **Recovery Essentials**:

- **Overview**: Teach participants effective recovery techniques to reduce soreness and prevent injuries.

- **Overview**: Boost energy and focus through invigorating routines and mobility exercises.
- **Key Activities**: Bodyweight exercises, mobility drills, and light yoga flow.

- **Overview**: Combine breathwork with movement to improve mobility and mental clarity.
- **Key Activities**: Breath-focused flows, gentle stretches, and progressive relaxation.

- **Overview**: Prepare participants for outdoor activities with strength and endurance exercises.
- **Key Activities**: Strength circuits, dynamic stretches, and cardio.
- **The Art of Stretching**:

- **Overview**: Enhance flexibility and mobility through active and passive stretching.
- **Key Activities**: Partner-assisted stretches, relaxation poses, and mobility drills.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Certified Fitness Professional**: Certification as a fitness instructor or personal trainer required.
- **Proven Experience**: Strong background in leading group fitness classes.
- **Passionate Communicator**: Enthusiastic about health and wellness, with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
