**Required Skills**:

- 3+ years experience working as a lead-hand or foreman on a pipe crew.
- Heavy equipment operating experience.
- Watermain testing and commissioning experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience using 3D site positioning and machine control (GPS) is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lead a team and mentor others.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

The Role Includes (but is not limited to):

- Working with management to plan for upcoming projects and schedule field team.
- Leading field team to create a safe working environment and ensure work is completed at a high-quality level.
- Responsible for the overall production level of the servicing division.
- Communicating professionally with customers and vendors.
- Providing project as-built reports, commissioning plans, and other reports, as required.
