Greatway Telecom LTD. is seeking **Alarm** **Technicians **for our Operations in province of Saskatchewan.

**HERE’S WHAT SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE**:

- Ability to provide exceptional customer experiences, overcome objections, and handle both favorable and unfavorable customer interactions.
- Flexible to work various shifts: days, evenings, and weekends, to meet business needs. Working in all Weather conditions.
- Fluent in English, with demonstrated professional oral and written communications skills, fluency in other languages would be a great bonus
- Self-motivated, demonstrate effective decision-making skills and can work with limited supervision
- Mechanical ability and technical proficiency along with an ability to work aloft or on step ladders
- Ability to plan, organize and thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
- Effectively work in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
- Follow safe work practices and abide by all safety rules and regulations.
- Willing and able to work in locations that preclude your ability to return home, as required

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Clean and valid Class 5 Driver's License
- Must be within Canada and authorized to work.
- Previous experience in Smart Home Security or alarm is assest.
- Familiar or experienced with DSC, Honeywell, IQ panel and 2 gig systems.
- Previous experience and/or education in telecommunications.
- Alarm Technician: 1 year (preferred)

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**:

- Need to provide your **own vehicle.**:

- Comfortable with a unit base **(piece-rate) **pay system

**WORK LOCATION**:

- City of Saskatchewan, and surrounding areas.

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
