**Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential properties.
- Perform gasfitting tasks, including installing and repairing gas lines, fittings, and appliances.
- Inspect plumbing and gas systems to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with construction and renovation teams to ensure proper installation of plumbing and gas systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to plan and execute plumbing and gasfitting tasks.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering their plumbing and gasfitting-related questions.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Residential Plumber/Gasfitter.
- Valid plumbing and gasfitting licenses/certifications as per local regulations.
- Strong knowledge of residential plumbing and gas systems, codes, and regulations.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
- Ability to operate relevant tools, equipment, and diagnostic instruments.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
