**Position Overview**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Develop, manage and coordinate technical documents to ensure accuracy and consistency, including but not limited to 3D architectural renderings, contract documents and other technical documents or schedules and reports.
- Assist the PM
- Liaise with contractors, client, etc.
- Assist in maintaining quality control by reviewing architectural drawings and documents completed by others (including internal and external team members and partners).
- Attend sites to perform General Review, Occupancy Review and other requires site visits.
- Handle site records such as punch lists and reports progress against work schedule.
- Identify elements of the project design and construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims.
- Serve as a key link with the Clients and review the deliverable prepared by the team before passing it onto the Client.
- Coordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the site superintendent, architects, consultants, contractors as required within the scope of work.
- Ensure project documents are complete and accurate, error-free and code compliant.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Degree in Architectural Technology or a Degree in Architecture
- Fluent in French is an asset
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in an architectural firm or related office.
- Proven experience managing projects from design to completion.
- Experience with Canadian Contract Documents, Contracts, Specifications and Contract Administration.
- Minimum 5 years Revit (BIM) experience.
