**Overview**
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Porter/Maintenance professional to join our team. As a Porter/Maintenance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities. This position requires a strong attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work independently.

**Duties**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify maintenance needs
- Clean and maintain common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Assist with moving furniture and equipment as needed
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Fabricate or repair items using hand tools or power tools

**Skills**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to perform basic repairs
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Experience with electrical systems and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance best practices
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $18.50-$19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
