**Position Overview**:
Reporting to V.P. of Facilities, this position will be responsible for maintaining all building systems by carrying out routine inspections, daily logs, and repairs of all associated systems as well as exercise equipment. Inspections and monitoring will include pool operating equipment and related Building

Management Systems and associated software. Position is responsible for ensuring daily checks for pool chemistry, HVAC operating systems, building and grounds cleanliness and maintenance.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining work orders log, material requirements and specific scope of work required.
- Carrying out scheduled preventative maintenance inspections.
- Monitoring and adjusting all energy management control systems and associated software.
- Performing repairs/painting as required on walls, doors and equipment to ensure a clean

and appealing look.
- Performing plumbing and electrical troubleshooting and repairs as required.
- Perform pool daily checks.
- Visually checking pool pumps, gauges and sensors to determine if they are functioning

properly, maintained and serviced to maintain pools within design parameter
- Performing inspections and preventative maintenance on cardio equipment. Replacing,

adjusting and modifying worn or faulty components to maintain safe operation

**Skills & Qualifications**
- A satisfactory criminal record check is a condition of employment
- Minimum 5 years experience in facility maintenance
- Certified Pool Operator is a strong asset
- Able to work flexible hours
- Bilingualism would be an asset
- Standard First Aid and Basic Rescuer CPR
- WHMIS training or achievable within 3 months
