Guitar, Bass

We're looking to add a passionate guitarist/bassist to our professional team of instructors. With more than 18 years serving our community, the Sound Factory Music School is recognized as a top studio in Waterloo region, with a faculty made up of full-time musicians/teachers.

This position includes up to 12 hours of teaching available immediately (transitioning existing students) and includes the opportunity to grow a wider roster of students over multiple days, with custom flexible schedules.

Competitive pay (negotiable).

**Responsibilities**

Teaching weekly lessons to private students; developing lesson plans. Preparing students for exams/concerts/goals students might have for music. Inspiring young musicians

**Minimum Qualifications**

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma/Equivalent certification in music. At least 3-5 years teaching experience teaching in a private setting. Primary career focus in music & the arts (full time musicians preferred).

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $37.20 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
