At Printful, we strive for quality in all we do, and our **Fulfillment Teams** play an important part in achieving that goal. That’s why we’re looking for a **Machine Operator **to join our direct-to-garment (DTG) printing team to help keep our operations running smoothly.
**Your daily tasks will include**:
- Operating our state-of-the-art printers using DTG technology (a method that prints ink directly on clothing to produce a high-quality and vibrant product in a more sustainable way)
- Making sure that all equipment is properly maintained, set up correctly, running efficiently, and producing a quality product
- Maintaining all auxiliary equipment needed to operate your workstation
- Performing quality checks on all items you print and keeping defects at a minimum
- Solving basic mechanical or software problems when machines aren’t working correctly
- Reaching daily production goals set by your team lead
- Performing other duties as assigned
**What you’ll bring**:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- An understanding of technical printing
