**En quoi consiste le rôle ?**

Avantage collectif RBC est un secteur complet qui offre une variété de produits d’épargne-retraite, y compris des REER collectifs, des régimes de participation différée aux bénéfices et des régimes de pension agréés collectifs, combinée à des conseils d’expert, le tout commodément offert sur le lieu de travail.

À titre de Banquier mobile - Avantages collectifs, vous recrutez des participants Avantage collectif (clients) à rentabilité élevée et vous établissez et développez des relations en créant de la valeur dans les moments qui comptent pour eux. Vous offrez aux clients des conseils proactifs et professionnels et, en collaboration avec des partenaires RBC, vous aidez les clients à atteindre leurs objectifs et répondez à leurs besoins lors d’événements clés de leur vie. Vous développez et consolidez les relations avec les clients en dirigeant les entretiens sur l’établissement de régimes et les événements conseils ainsi qu’en déterminant les besoins des clients et en leur offrant des conseils et des solutions à valeur ajoutée. Que vous aidiez un client à apprendre comment tirer parti des modes de prestation numériques, que vous lui proposiez une stratégie de placement en vue de financer les études d’un enfant ou que vous lui recommandiez une solution d’emprunt pour réaliser un moment qui compte, vous contribuerez, par votre savoir-faire, à la prestation d’une Expérience client positive et mémorable.

**Quelles seront vos tâches ?**
- Communiquer avec les clients afin d’en apprendre davantage sur leurs besoins et de les aider à atteindre leurs objectifs.
- Offrir des conseils professionnels aux clients et les renseigner, et démontrer une capacité de répondre aux besoins complexes de particuliers et d’entreprises en matière de crédit et de placement.
- Participer aux activités RBC au travail d’Avantage collectif, mener les entretiens axés sur l’adhésion au programme et l’offre de conseils auprès des clients.
- Collaborer avec des professionnels reconnus dans leur domaine, notamment des professionnels d’Avantage collectif, des experts-ressources en planification financière, en planification de la retraite et en prêts hypothécaires et des spécialistes des services bancaires à l’entreprise, afin que les clients puissent bénéficier de conseils d’expert personnalisés et ciblés.
- Tirer parti de la technologie pour offrir une Expérience client de qualité, stimuler les résultats et fidéliser la clientèle.
- Prendre sur soi de résoudre et de prévenir les problèmes des clients qui touchent à leurs services bancaires.
- Mettre en œuvre des stratégies de contact clientèle et d’établissement de relations, et contribuer à l’acquisition de nouveaux clients au sein de sa collectivité.
- Expliquer aux clients les caractéristiques et les avantages des produits et services de RBC, et les aider à utiliser les services bancaires numériques (services mobiles et en ligne, GAB, etc.).

**De quoi avez-vous besoin pour réussir ?**

**Exigences**
- Le titulaire de ce poste doit parler couramment le français et l’anglais afin de servir les clients francophones et anglophones de RBC dans ce marché
- Permis de vente de parts de fonds communs de placement (cours Fonds d’investissement au Canada ou Cours sur le commerce des valeurs mobilières au Canada)
- Obtention du Certificat en conseils de services financiers auprès de l’ICVM (p. ex., le cours Conseils en services financiers aux particuliers et le cours Planification financière I) SINON vous aurez 12 mois pour compléter le certificat
