**COMPANY PROFILE**

Qu Biologics is a private, Phase 2 clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company located in Burnaby, BC developing Site Specific Immunomodulators (SSIs), a novel immunotherapy platform designed to restore normal immune function to reverse the immune dysregulation underlying many conditions including cancer and chronic inflammatory diseases.

Specific duties and responsibilities will include:

- Develop and oversee databases for analysis and data visualization that integrate multiple variables of Qu Biologics’ drug products in development
- Develop analysis plans for hypothesis testing, aid scientists in the design of experiments, and work with software used for experimental data collection
- Lead statistical methodology to support Qu Biologics’ preclinical, translational, clinical, and CMC (manufacturing) objectives
- Contribute to technical writing and review drafts of concept manuscripts, reports, interpretations of statistical methods, and results
- Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to provide support for grant development, research collaboration, translations discoveries, and externally funded grants
- Prepare summary reports and graphs for data visualization
- Aid in protocol development, including (but not limited to) study design, conducting sample size, and power calculations
- Conduct and organize data review meetings
- Consult with researchers and other experts for optimal study design
- Perform risk assessment and statistical interpretations driving conclusions
- Attend staff meetings and provide status updates on data processing and research projects

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Graduate degree or equivalent work experience in data science and/or bioinformatics
- Experience with bioinformatics approaches for analyzing large datasets
- Expertise in the use of R programming
- Demonstrated ability to integrate complex data for presentation
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Experience with clinical trials is an asset
- Experience in drug development is an asset
- Experience in project management is an asset
- Experience in design of experiments is an asset

**LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS**

Fluent English

**COMPENSATION**

Salary commensurate with experience. Three (3) weeks annual vacation.
