As a Planter, you will be responsible for planting and maintaining various types of plants and flowers in gardens, landscapes, and other outdoor areas. **Responsibilities**:

- Plant and arrange flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants according to design plans
- Prepare soil for planting by removing weeds, rocks, and debris
- Water plants regularly and monitor their growth and health
- Prune and trim plants to maintain their shape and promote healthy growth
- Maintain garden beds by removing dead plants, leaves, and debris
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing lawns and trimming hedges
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient completion of projects

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Proficiency in English (multilingual skills are a plus)
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of plant species, gardening techniques, and landscape design principles
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately (cash handling experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor as required

Pay: $16.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 45 per week
