**Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)**

**Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Leadership**: Provide visionary leadership and set strategic goals to drive the company's growth and success in the construction industry.
- **Operational Excellence**: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to industry standards.
- **Team Management**: Lead and motivate a team of 30 professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
- **Stakeholder Relations**: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
- **Financial Management**: Ensure the financial health of the organization, managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**: Stay abreast of industry regulations, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and standards.
**Qualifications**:
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in a managerial capacity within the Ontario construction industry.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, with a track record of achieving organizational goals.
- **Strategic Thinker**: Ability to develop and execute long-term strategies for sustainable growth.
- **Communication**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
**Compensation**: Salary for this position is to be determined based on experience and qualifications.
