**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Visitation Specialist to join our team and provide invaluable support to families with children prenatal to 6 years old. As a Home Visitation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering personalized services aimed at promoting optimal child development, fostering healthy parent-child attachment, and empowering families within their communities. This position requires a commitment to building strong relationships, facilitating parent education, and connecting families with essential resources.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct home visits to assess family needs, provide support, and offer guidance on child development and parenting techniques.
- Develop and implement individualized service plans in collaboration with families, focusing on strengthening parent-child relationships and enhancing family well-being.
- Facilitate group sessions and workshops on topics such as child development, positive parenting strategies, and community resources.
- Provide information and referrals to assist families in accessing necessary services and supports.
- Collaborate with community partners and agencies to coordinate comprehensive services for families.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, progress, and service provision.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Early Childhood Education, Social Work, or a related field.
- Previous experience in home visitation, family support, or early childhood development preferred.
- Knowledge of child development principles, parenting techniques, and community resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse families.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel to home visits.
- Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check and Child Intervention Record Check.
