The General Manager that we require is a true Executive level General Manager who knows that you must have a fine-tuned organization and productivity skills to be successful. You excel at multitasking when dealing with unexpected disruptions, and you thrive in an intense, fast-paced environment and perform well under stress. You set a motivational tone and establish a high degree of optimism focused on coaching your team to be A-Players. You flush out inefficiencies and see opportunities to quickly resolve workflow bottlenecks and raise performance standards. As a stickler for accuracy, you approach each required objective with a precise execution plan that will push to increase productivity and profitability.

**Key Performance Requirements**
- Net profit % of sales targets to exceed 4%+
- All staff retention targets are being achieved by position
- 70%+ of vehicle sales to be generated by repeat and referral sales
- Lead and direct the performance of the variable and fixed operations, with a specific focus on growing our fixed operations to the highest level. Ensure the variable and fixed operations departments remain in good standing with government, insurance, manufacturer, and banking entities.
- Manufacturer’s dealership customer satisfaction minimum levels 96%+ in sales, and 90%+ in service.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide all managers with monthly action plans to achieve their department expectations.
- Provide each team member with a training path focused on achieving their individual goals.
- All Sales / Service / Parts department processes are executed as designed and dealership assets are protected.
- Be a hands-on operations manager who will fill in as department manager when help or coverage is required.
- Resolve any customer complaints that department managers are unable to rectify.
**Qualifications**
- Required Education: College Degree
- Required Experience: 10+ years of automotive experience, with a minimum of 3 years working as a General Manager of a store with 50+ employees.
- Strong understanding of running a service business development center & developing an appointment culture.
- Strong understanding of implementing and executing a customer experience process.
