Softball Coach

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions for softball players of all ages and skill levels.
- Utilize our hitting simulators and batting cages to enhance training sessions.
- Provide personalized feedback and skill development plans for clients.
- Assist with customer inquiries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Set up and maintain spaces for baseball, softball, and cricket activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized training environment.
- Occasionally assist in the bar area, serving beverages in a friendly and professional manner.
- Uphold all safety and hygiene standards in both coaching and social areas.

**Requirements**:

- Experience playing or coaching softball is required.
- Bartending experience is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for sports and helping others improve their skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
